Will Secured Products, Inc. sell my email address?

NO! Secured Products will not sell, trade, share or rent your email address to anyone. We believe that your email address is personal and should be kept that way. We use your email address to provide you with better customer service support, and to update you on Secured Products Internet specials that you have requested.

Return Policy

  • No Merchandise may be returned without authorization from Secured Products, Inc.
  • A Returned Goods Authorization (RMA#) must be shown on all labels and correspondence with regards to the returned merchandise.
  • All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of original purchase date in order to receive a credit.
  • A minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed on authorized returns.
  • Returns will not be authorized for products that are custom built to a specific customer requirement, including master keyed and keyed alike products.
